About IBM HTTP Server

IBM HTTP Server (IHS) is a web server based on the Apache Software Foundation's Apache HTTP Server that runs on AIX, HP-UX, Linux, Solaris, Windows NT, and z/OS. The HTTP server is also included in the IBM WebSphere Application Server distribution packages. 

IBM HTTP Server is a full-featured web server often included with other products such as WebSphere Application Server. It is based on Apache HTTP Server (httpd.apache.org).

IBM HTTP Server is a no-charge web server that can be used for projects that don't warrant the expense of a priced and supported HTTP server.
